Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Wyoming

Location: Alpine, Wyoming
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Position Summary
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide direct therapeutic services, crisis intervention, care coordination, and community support to diverse client populations. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values innovation, accessibility, and integrity in the delivery of behavioral health services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant clinical documentation using EHR systems
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and external community resources
- Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care tailored to client needs
- Provide case management, advocacy, and resource navigation when necessary
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
Ideal Candidate:
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the State of Wyoming (or eligibility for Wyoming licensure)
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Solid understanding of DSM-5, HIPAA, and ethical practices in mental health care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient with electronic health records and telehealth platforms (if applicable)
