Location: Mountain View, Hawaii
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Are you a compassionate and licensed Clinical Social Worker ready to serve diverse populations in the beautiful state of Hawaii? Join our dedicated behavioral health team committed to providing culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and client-centered mental health services that honor the unique needs of Hawaii’s communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and licensing standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including counselors, psychologists, and medical professionals
- Deliver trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care respecting local traditions and values
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities
- Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources and support services
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the State of Hawaii
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience working with diverse and underserved populations, preferably including Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, DSM-5 diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
