Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Are you a compassionate and licensed Clinical Social Worker ready to serve diverse populations in the beautiful state of Hawaii? Join our dedicated behavioral health team committed to providing culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and client-centered mental health services that honor the unique needs of Hawaii’s communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and licensing standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including counselors, psychologists, and medical professionals
  • Deliver trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care respecting local traditions and values
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities
  • Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources and support services

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the State of Hawaii
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Experience working with diverse and underserved populations, preferably including Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, DSM-5 diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
