Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Role Available

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a supportive team in Minot, North Dakota. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services, including counseling and psychotherapy, to individuals navigating mental health challenges such as addiction, depression, and anxiety. Your expertise will be key in helping individuals and families work through tough situations and improve their emotional well-being.

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with an attractive benefits package.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure that documentation is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to provide well-rounded counseling services.
• Track client progress and contribute to their personalized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapies to foster positive change.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Active LCSW license in North Dakota.
• Prior experience working with elderly clients is preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing to team efforts.
