Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide therapy and support services to a diverse range of clients. Whether you prefer in-office, remote, or hybrid work, we offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs and the needs of your clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, or community agencies as needed
• Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications:

• Active LCSW license in the state of Tennessee
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health conditions
• Comfortable with EHR systems and telehealth platforms (if remote)
