Job Title: Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California
Location: Santa Ana, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits
Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with other professionals as needed
- Participate in remote clinical meetings, supervision, and continuing education
What We’re Looking For :
- Active LCSW license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and virtual care delivery
