Full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Needed in Everett, Washington.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessment, short-term psychotherapy, and group therapy to a diverse population;
- Provide consultation for counseling needs;
- Plan and conduct outreach activities;
- Participate in training and professional development activities;
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention services;
- Practice in accordance with appropriate legal and ethical standards.
- Responsibilities will also include assessing suicidal concerns and when appropriate, arranging for hospitalization, assessing severity of presenting problems, formulating treatment plans, and providing appropriate psychotherapeutic interventions which may include referral for long-term treatment.
- Responsibilities will be performed both in-person and remotely as indicated.
Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Social Work and LICSW. Would consider fully licensed LMHC candidates.
- 3 years' post-master's clinical experience in case management.
- Experience with diverse adolescent or college population managing treatment.
Salary:
$115k - $130k a year.
