Responsibilities:

  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities. Through your compassionate approach, clients will find strength, resilience, and renewed hope.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your attention to detail will reinforce our commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Together, you'll provide comprehensive and holistic care, leveraging each other's expertise for the benefit of our clients.
  • Embrace regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided. Your commitment to continuous learning will ensure you're at the forefront of industry best practices.
  • Educate and support patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources. Your guidance will empower them to navigate their challenges and build resilience.

As an LICSW, you'll manage a full caseload of patients and be committed to meeting their treatment goals in a timely and effective manner. You'll adhere to the ethical standards and professional guidelines set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and other respected organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your dedication to academic excellence.
  • Active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state, demonstrating your professional competence and commitment.
