Seeking for Full Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Needed

Our team is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions. Salary:

  • $78,000-$1150,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
  • Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Develop and implement service plans that address clients' goals and objectives.
  • Advocate for clients' rights, access to resources, and social justice issues.
  • Contribute to program development, evaluation, and grant reporting.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance services.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
