Looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team. As an LICSW, you will play a vital role in providing holistic and patient-centered care by addressing the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of our patients' health. You will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Salary $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the growth of responsive parenting skills in caregivers by listening to and understanding individual family values and concerns, reflecting on individual children's social/emotional needs, and strengthening caregiver competence through positive instructive feedback.
  • Offers treatment modalities for difficulties relating to mental health problems such as: anxiety, depression, end-of-life issues, addictions, coping with chronic or acute pain or injury, social and inter-personal concerns, and challenging behaviors
  • Provides consultation to other professionals, encourages compassionate care integrated with psychological perspectives of treatment
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (LICSW) or a related field
  • Independently licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social (LICSW)
  • Minimum of (2) year experience in mental health care
  • Experience working with families of young children and diverse populations, or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to be flexible
