Job description
We are seeking dedicated and talented Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of clinical practice and business operations. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy.
- Provide couples and family therapy.
- Mental health assessments for applicants and students to examine mood, behavior, thinking, reasoning, and other areas related to emotional wellness.
- Provide training and development as necessary.
- Collaboration with TEAP Specialist for short-term counseling, the center’s medical staffs, and Wellness staff.
- Must have LICSW License in Washington
- Master’s Degree in related field, plus two years’ experience required.
- Must be willing to work up to 20 hours a week
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create a calming and supportive therapeutic environment.
- Possess a current and active license that is not under suspension or probation as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Some extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not required.
