- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Performing assessments and interventions as needed for patients.Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience.
- Master's degree in Social Work and Counseling from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a LICSW in the state
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Annual Salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year
