Looking for a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a job opportunity.
Job Specification:
The Clinical Social Worker will create the plan and coordinate the delivery of excellent mental health and behavioral health patient care. This position will provide direct patient care and health education, obtaining insurance authorization for individual and group therapy, documenting clinical data, and establishing and tracking attainment of key care plan deliverables.
Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 with full benefits
Key Responsibilities Are:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations using standardized tests, instruments, interviews, and observations.
- Support patients with their issues, concerns, and expectation to reach their goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by legal and ethical standards.
- Independently and effectively problem solves both patient and resource issues.
- Committed to the practice of inquiry and listening.
What You Must Have:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- Active State licensure as LICSW
- Independently licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- 2 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of social service, with an emphasis in psychiatric work.
- Strong work ethic built on a foundation of proactivity and teamwork.
