Telehealth Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker is Needed for a Full Time Position
Seeking a dedicated Counselor to provide therapy services for our private practice. We focus on the needs of the whole person by providing telehealth and in-person prevention services, as well as mental health and substance use treatment. As we help people navigate the most difficult times in their lives—with compassion and respect—we ultimately empower them to take steps towards a healthier future.

Salary:
- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Performing assessments and interventions as needed for patients.
Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy. - Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- 3 years of unsupervised, post licensure experience.
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in the state
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to treat all ages preferred
- Annual Salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year
