Looking for a Full Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
We are a trusted partner in Health and Wellness looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our dedicated team in providing mental health services. You will be responsible for assessing and providing support and intervention for the social and emotional needs of patients/residents and their families to promote continuity of care and services.
Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

You will be responsible for assessing and providing support and intervention for the social and emotional needs of patients/residents and their families to promote continuity of care and services.
Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
- Communicate patient needs to assist treatment team in advancing patients care and discharge goals.
- Develop discharge plan through collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
- Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions
- Maintains strong working relationships and engenders trust and credibility through effective and professional interactions.
- Maintain timely documentation in patient/resident electronic record.
- Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work required.
- Must hold a valid Washington state license as an LICSW.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a clinical setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
