Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
- Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
- Active Washington state license as an LICSW.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health experience
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Proficiency in treatment models appropriate to clinician’s modalities and scope of training
- Computer literacy, including the use of HIPAA compliant EHR software
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
