Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide therapy services for our private practice. Services delivered are recovery-focused and include but are not limited to case management, treatment planning, resource identification and assistance, identification and development of natural supports, advocacy, service monitoring and follow-up, collaboration with natural supports and other providers, and individual and group services. Serves as a treatment team member and provides back up to other team members as needed.
Salary:$90,000 to $100,000 a year plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Keep records up-to-date and in compliance with WAC, Title XIX and agency requirements.
- Participate in intake and assessment, treatment planning, and psychiatric review of cases.
- Attend treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and designated staff training and consultation sessions.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state licensure as an LICSW or LCSW.
- Must have 2 years of experience as Social Worker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building therapeutic rapport with clients.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive, client-centered care.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
