Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapeutic services to enhance clients’ emotional and mental health.
• Ensure all clinical documentation meets ethical, professional, and legal standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure the best care outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LICSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
