Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments and create tailored treatment plans to address each client’s needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Document client interactions and maintain clinical records in line with regulatory standards.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LICSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
