We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker! In this position, you will play an important role in offering effective counseling, performing detailed assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring comprehensive clinical record-keeping. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of mental health care in our community.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Perform various patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Create programs/groups for the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
- Monitor outcomes as an integral part of the team.
- Participate in continuity of care and/or discharge planning and facilitate advance care planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis and identified needs.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record following departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current Washington state license as LICSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Proficiency in Integrative, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
