Looking for a Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

We are a well-established private practice seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team and provide mental health services to our diverse patient population in Washington State. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings and possess a strong passion for helping individuals overcome challenges. This is a telehealth position, allowing you to set your own schedule and work with clients of your preference.

Salary:
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver services remotely when necessary or desired.
• Complete progress notes to document patient progress in a timely manner.
• Conduct and regulate counseling services professionally to maintain and enhance our reputation.
• Adhere to service provider agreements and organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and creation of progress notes.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Must hold a valid LICSW license in Washington State.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in clinical settings.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
