Position Available as Full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our committed team. In this role, you will provide exceptional mental health counseling to clients, helping them overcome challenges related to mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and leading therapy sessions. SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and case notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, or related field.
- Active Washington License as LICSW.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychotherapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
