Full-time Remote Position for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Needed in Cubic Health and Wellness Clinic

We are seeking to hire a compassionate counselor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Through virtual connections, we bring together specialized physicians, physical therapists, behavioral health providers, and health & wellness coaches to empower patients in managing their overall well-being. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to patients and supporting them in adopting holistic approaches to wellness.

SALARY
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain.
• Development of treatment plans.
• Provide participants with confidential, non-medical counseling services
• Assess the participant’s immediate risk and biopsychosocial needs
• Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to identified patients, caregivers
• Act as primary point of contact for patients and health care professionals
• Understand a patient’s support needs and interaction preferences to deliver a seamless, tailored patient experience that helps each patient complete their pathway to treatment as prescribed
• Maintain required records on patients and updates progress notes as required. Ensure clinical chart contains necessary information regarding patient’s status and other information.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, or related field.

• Must have obtained LICSW state licensure
• Prior private practice experience for 3 years is a plus
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal format.
• Able to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment.
• Proficient with multiple software and system applications.
