Cubic Health and Wellness Clinic is looking for a compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver compassionate care and support patients in adopting comprehensive wellness strategies.

Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year, with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions for patients experiencing chronic pain.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide confidential, non-medical counseling services.
• Assess patient risk and biopsychosocial needs.
• Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to patients and caregivers.
• Serve as the primary contact for patients and healthcare professionals.
• Tailor patient experiences to ensure seamless treatment pathways.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes, ensuring clinical charts are up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LICSW licensure.
• A minimum of 3 years of private practice experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with various software and system applications.
