Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Position Available
We are searching for a compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to help us in our mission to democratize access to high-quality mental health care. We believe that everyone, everywhere, should have access to the support they need. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering resilience and hope within the communities we serve. By providing personalized care, we aim to dismantle the stigmas surrounding mental health.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and with benefits
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create and implement a treatment plan
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Respond to clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Regularly assess and document clients' progress towards their treatment goals and adjust plans as necessary.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Washington state license as an LICSW.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
