What You’ll Do: You’ll work directly with clients, conducting thorough assessments and creating thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. Whether through one-on-one or group therapy, your role will be central in guiding clients toward improved mental health. You'll also be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with remote interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LICSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
