We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our dedicated team in a well-respected private practice committed to providing high-quality mental health services to our diverse community. In this role, you will conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning while managing a caseload of clients. You will also prepare necessary documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Salary:
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Assist clients in receiving services
- Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
- Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
- Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LICSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous clinical experience.
- Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
