Seeking a Full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
We are looking for a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our passionate team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting screenings, assessments, and treatment planning, while effectively managing a caseload. You will provide individual and group counseling sessions, handle crisis management, and coordinate care. Your duties will also include preparing intake documentation, progress notes, event notifications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Furthermore, you will focus on therapeutic interventions and completing detailed clinical documentation.

Salary:
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Assist clients in receiving services
- Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
- Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
- Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LICSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous clinical experience.
- Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
