Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
SALARY:
We are looking for full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team. In this position, you will conduct thorough client assessments, evaluate mental health needs, and design personalized therapy plans to address a wide range of issues. Our mission is to help individuals lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by providing access to trusted, affordable, and tailored mental healthcare solutions.
SALARY:
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Evaluate clients' relational and mental health needs.
- Conducts mental health screenings and assessments.
- Assess and document clients' progress regularly.
- Offer resources and guidance on relationship dynamics and mental health.
- Documents treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record for each person
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LICSW.
- At least 2 years of previous clinical experience
- Understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to ethical guidelines and professional standards in therapy.
