Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Opportunities
SCHEDULE:
We are seeking to hire a clinician responsible for providing substance use and mental health counseling, case management, and treatment planning for clients referred for treatment. This role involves assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support recovery and well-being. SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health and substance use issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide evidence-based counseling and support to clients and their families.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance client care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LICSW.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in substance use and mental health counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
- Keen problem-solving techniques
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
