Looking for a Full Time LICSW

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and compassionate therapist to join our mental health practice. In this position, you will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, groups, and families navigating a range of mental health challenges. SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in mental health regulations and resources
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Update and implement treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LICSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
