Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Full-Time, Telehealth

Salary:

  • $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ unique needs and goals.
  • Provide individual and group counseling, tailoring your approach to each person.
  • Advocate for clients by helping them access the resources they need.
  • Develop service plans that empower clients to achieve measurable progress.
  • Collaborate with team members and community organizations to enhance services.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
