Salary:

  • $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Your Role:

  • Build meaningful connections through telehealth sessions with individuals and groups.
  • Create personalized plans to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Offer emotional support and practical solutions for clients facing life’s hurdles.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to expand resources available to clients.
  • Advocate for social justice issues and equitable access to care.
  • Collaborate with team members and community organizations to enhance services.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
