Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Telehealth Focused

Salary:

  • $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Conduct compassionate, evidence-based counseling with individuals and groups.
  • Identify client needs through comprehensive assessments and collaborative planning.
  • Offer advocacy and guidance to connect clients with resources and support systems.
  • Work with colleagues and community partners to improve care delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and community organizations to enhance services.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
