Salary:
- $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Building trust and providing tailored care through virtual sessions.
- Developing actionable service plans that reflect clients’ individual goals.
- Advocating for resources and breaking down barriers to care.
- Collaborating with other professionals to enhance client outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members and community organizations to enhance services.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
