Salary:

  • $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Building trust and providing tailored care through virtual sessions.
  • Developing actionable service plans that reflect clients’ individual goals.
  • Advocating for resources and breaking down barriers to care.
  • Collaborating with other professionals to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members and community organizations to enhance services.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
