The Role at a Glance: You’ll provide direct therapeutic care to clients facing mental health challenges, working collaboratively to ensure they receive the support they need to thrive.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Duties:

  • Perform virtual psychosocial evaluations to understand client needs.
  • Offer individual and group therapy using evidence-based strategies.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Advocate for equitable access to resources and services.
  • Keep detailed records to track client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay informed on best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state
  • Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
  • Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
