We are hiring Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. The ideal candidates will have experience providing therapy to diverse populations and will be skilled in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress over the course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about developments in the field of therapy and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Salary: $90k to $110k per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
