Remote LICSW Opportunity: Support Lives, Shape Futures

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Guide patients with tailored treatment plans that evolve with their needs.
• Perform psychosocial evaluations and maintain accurate case notes.
• Cultivate therapeutic relationships rooted in respect and trust.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide holistic care.
• Contribute to organizational goals through meaningful, team-oriented work.

Salary: $90k to $110k per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
