Position: Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' mental health and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic support to address various life challenges.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using effective approaches.
• Empower clients by advocating for their rights and connecting them to vital resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, including full benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
