Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Opportunity – Full-Time in Fort Dodge, Iowa
Our organization is looking for skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our team and deliver exceptional telehealth care. Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive client assessments to determine their mental health and social needs.
• Offer counseling services to individuals and families to address emotional and psychological challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to meet client goals.
• Advocate for clients by addressing social justice concerns and connecting them with community resources.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, including full benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
