Full-time Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Medford, Massachusetts

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online therapy sessions for individuals and groups
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies
• Collaborate with a remote, multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
• At least two years of clinical experience post-licensure
• Proficiency in assessments and treatment planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
