Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Duties:

• Offer one-on-one counseling sessions via video calls to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.
• Perform assessments, create personalized care plans, and apply effective therapeutic techniques.
• Support clients in setting and achieving personal milestones for their mental well-being.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded care.

Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a full suite of benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a valid state license and no disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical social work practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in computer usage and willingness to adapt to remote technology platforms.
