Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Join a Remote Team in Lynnwood, Washington
Looking for a role where you can bring hope and support to those who need it most? We’re looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers to work remotely, delivering exceptional care and guidance to clients.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions and outpatient care to address clients’ mental health needs.
  • Develop individualized care plans after assessing each client’s unique situation.
  • Help clients establish achievable goals and provide guidance to reach them.
  • Work closely with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a full suite of benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a valid state license and no disciplinary actions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical social work practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and willingness to adapt to remote technology platforms.
