Position: Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Conduct mental health evaluations and implement individualized care plans.
• Deliver counseling and therapy to support emotional and behavioral health.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Connect clients with essential resources to enhance their well-being.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of assessments and progress.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with full benefits.

What You Need to Qualify:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current LICSW licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in nonprofit or similar settings is an advantage.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care, social justice advocacy, and client support.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
