Position: Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Your Role:

• Assess mental health concerns and establish individualized care strategies.
• Provide therapy and counseling to clients facing emotional and personal difficulties.
• Lead individual and group therapy using effective clinical approaches.
• Act as an advocate by connecting clients with vital support services.
• Keep detailed and compliant records of treatment plans and progress.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits.

What We Look For:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid LICSW licensure in the state of practice.
• Prior experience in nonprofit or similar environments is a plus.
• Deep understanding of trauma-informed care, advocacy, and resource connection.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
