Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 with full benefits

Your Role Includes:

  • Performing thorough clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methods.
  • Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
  • Engaging in case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance care quality and expand your professional expertise.
  • Educating patients and families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources to empower them.
  • Staying updated with the latest mental health research and applying it to improve patient outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An active LICSW license in Washington state.
  • At least two years of experience in psychotherapy within a clinical setting.
  • Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
