Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Remote Role in Springfield, Massachusetts

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Key Tasks Include:
- Providing virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups

- Partnering with a remote team to enhance client success
- Keeping precise and compliant documentation
Requirements for Success:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Current LICSW license in Massachusetts
- Two or more years of post-licensure experience
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
