Virtual Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in Bonney Lake, Washington

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. You will be providing virtual therapy and supporting mental wellness in a flexible, work-from-home environment

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
• Utilizing evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, etc.) to help clients manage mental health challenges
• Offering crisis intervention and referrals when needed
• Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health records system
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and support for clients
• Engaging in professional development, supervision, and team meetings

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Washington LICSW License (required)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual therapy platforms and electronic documentation
• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
