Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Full-Time Opportunity in West Des Moines, Iowa

Our team is looking for experienced Licensed Clinicians to deliver telehealth services. We are dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving fulfilling and successful lives. Client accessibility, integrity, and quality care are at the core of our approach. To ensure clinicians can focus on their expertise, we provide full support, allowing them to dedicate their time to client care.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Offer individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with clients' objectives.
• Support individuals and families in overcoming various challenges.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to essential resources.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in the state.
• Background in nonprofit or similar settings is a plus.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, advocacy, and community resources.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational abilities.
